Katie & Josh

I’ve was fortunate enough to meet Katie and Josh before the wedding, which isn’t something I get to do very often these days. Just before the day came, Josh told me that precious little Evie had been born a few months before. Hearing this I was excited to see her there as I new it would make for some lovely images, if she was in a good mood of course, which she was at the right times! A lot to take in for a baby. She had a lot of love and attention from family and friends. I started the day by photographing Josh getting ready before going to the bridal suite where Katie and the brides maids were preparing. In what felt like no time at all she was in her dress, looking stunning, before heading down the aisle to see Josh waiting with Eve. It was a lovely outdoor ceremony with good weather, which is all we could have asked for. I’ve always liked this at Millbridge Court, knowing that everything can take place at the venue. There were drinks and bites served and in no time at all we were listening to the speeches in between each meal. My evening ended with the first dance and family and friends flooding the dance floor to the sound of some of my favourite songs from the past. A great end to a very special day.
